Guidelines

What I will draw:
• Anime/Humans
• Furries/Kemono
• Fan Art/Fan Characters
• Nature Backgrounds

What I will not draw:
• Mecha
• Gore
• Hate Art
• Non-Nature Backgrounds

Extras

• Maximum 2 characters per commission.
• Complex designs such as armor and wings, as well as props will have an additional fee depending on complexity.
• Clients can ask for a transparent version of their commission.
• I will do my best for these commissions so please do not rush me! You may check the status of your commission here.
• I have the right to refuse any commission without reason.

Payment
1. The payment method is Paypal for international clients. Please note that the Paypal account the client uses must be their own.
2. For local clients living in the Philippines, I accept GCash or BDO.
3. All payments must be paid up front in full. I only accept USD for international transactions however I can convert it to PHP for local transactions.
4. I do not accept checks, gift certificates, nor site-exclusive digital currency (i.e. deviantART Points).
5. Do not send any payments without receiving an invoice. Any funds sent without an invoice will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.
6. Payments must be made within 48 hours upon receiving the PayPal invoice, unless discussed beforehand. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the commission.
7. Tips are greatly appreciated but are optional!
8. I only accept refunds before or during the sketch and line art stage. If the client chooses to cancel the commission after It has been started, I will be taking a 40% handling fee. So please be sure about your commission.
9. No refunds will be issued after the line art is completed.

Process
1. Please provide a good reference sheet/s of the character/s you wish to be drawn. If the client did not specify a certain pose, I will think of one for you.
2. The client will receive a look on each stage in the process and may give revisions upon seeing them.
•Sketch - Up to 3 revisions are acceptable.
•Rendering - Minor revisions are acceptable. However, major revisions on this stage will warrant additional fees.
3. I deserve the right to cancel the commission at any time. The client will get a full refund if it so happens.
4. Please note that this is a digital piece. The client will not receive a physical copy of the art work.

Conduct
1. This is a business transaction. I will not allow any form of advances or types of harassments.
2. It is not necessary to ask for updates more than once a week.
3. Should the client fail to abide these rules, they will receive a warning. If it still persists, the commission will be cancelled and refunded or partially refunded depending on its status. The client will also be blacklisted.

Right and Use
1. I retain the rights to display and use of the artwork.
2. The client may repost the completed piece as they see fit, provided they do not take credit for making it.
3. Edits such as cropping, resizing, and use as icons and banners are permitted for the client only. I do not allow heavy edits to my art work.
3. The client may NOT reproduce and distribute my art, or otherwise use my art commercially.
4. All completed pieces, minus emotes, will have a small watermark which must not be removed.

By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of service and agrees to be bound by these terms.

Emotes

$30 USD per Emote
$145 USD for 6

Emotes are 112px in size; good for Twitch and Discord.
